Our stylish and picturesque wedding gazebo is the centerpiece of our front lawn. It exhibits the ideal stage for your ceremony, with breath-taking panoramic views of the Twin Valley Golf Course and its beautiful landscape. Your wedding photos are sure to capture all the special moments for you and your guests that will be preserved for a lifetime.
Our stately ballroom has high vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and a huge fieldstone fireplace and seats up to 110 guests.

Ballroom Rental Fee $700 (Full day)
Smaller events (meetings or conferences) $400 (Half day)
Use of Wedding Gazebo $300
We offer a 20% discount to members of Twin Valley Golf Club and bona fide members of Anson County.
Fees include use of our inventory of our tables and chairs.
A $300 deposit is required to secure your date and also act as a damage/security deposit. Deposit will be refunded once an inspection of the facility and property is done and it is determined that there are no damages. Deposit is non-refundable due to cancellation.
Ceremony Officiant/Minister Fee (if needed) $200 (add $50 for rehearsal fee)
Catering Fee $2.00 per person regardless of whether you use a caterer or bring in your own food. Use of our kitchen as a staging area is included.
Bartender Fee $50 per bartender and does not include cost of beverage or gratuity
** Final payment is due 10 days prior to your event.
What are the dimensions of the ballroom?
The ballroom is 1800 square feet.
What is your smoking policy?
The indoor venue space is non-smoking. The outdoor areas have designated smoking locations.
What are your food and beverage policies?
Food can be provided by you or a caterer. Beer, wine and soft drinks must be purchased from and served by Twin Valley Golf Club. Twin Valley Golf Club is a non-liquor facility.
All guests in attendance who are drinking alcoholic beverages will be required to have valid identification regardless of age.
How late can we use the facility?
All events must end by 11 pm.
